New to the game

I'm a career Air Force member lucky enough to have been stationed in Arkansas and Alabama where great smoked meat is easy to come by. However, now stuck in Las Vegas where I've yet to find a reasonably priced restaurant with good meat...so on the recommendation of a few friends just bought a Masterbuilt Electric smoker. No idea what I'm doing yet but will try and smoke a brisket and perhaps some Kielbasa this weekend.
