Hey everyone, finally joined the site after browsing through it for quite some time. I am fairly new to the smoking world, especially with an offset smoker which I just picked up. Have been using my electric mes30 for a couple years now, but just grabbed a charbroil 1280 offset as it was on clearance for $78 at Walmart and we have been wanting a charcoal grill for a while now, so ended up getting that. Look forward to sharing posts and learning about the offset smoking some more.
