New to the forums

Hello everyone. My name is Don. My wife and I live in Bismarck, North Dakota. We're originally from Texas, so barbeque and smoked meats are not new to us. I just got a new smoker today (New Generation MES 30"), and I'm eagerly waiting for the snow to thaw so I can get the smoker outside and fire it up!
