Hi All,
I have been reviewing this forum on and off for a while and find it very useful and informative. I thought it was time to officially join.
I am not a competition guy or even consider myself proficient, but love to cook and play with smoking and preparing meats.
I reside in PA, just a bit southwest of Pittsburgh. Lived in Texas prior where all this craziness and interest started....
I have a Green Mountain Grill (Davie Crocket) and a Masterbuilt electric smoker.
Most recently been exploring the world of Snack Sticks, but also enjoy doing briskets, Turkeys, Sausages and Ribs.
Looking forward to learning and sharing.
