Hey guys. Ryan here. Been on smoking-meat for a while and have gotten great compliments thanks to you all. Figured I'd officially introduce myself. Using an Oklahoma Joe (charbroil) Longhorn combo. It's not bad. Have been looking at doing some mods for better control and consistency. Been finding myself more and more interested in it. Looking forward to learning tips and tricks from you guys. Oh, Im in a city outside Seattle, but go Bills!!
