My name is Joey. I recently joined the forum last week. I sometimes google ideas for ways to smoke meat, and this site always pops up with people posting to the forum. I've used some advice & ideas. I use a Traeger Lil Tex pellet smoker. My father-in-law has had one for many years, and my wife bought me one for Christmas a couple of years ago. I like it, but like anything else it sometimes has its issues. Looking forward to scrolling through the forum and seeing some interesting topics/ideas.
