Hello this is Frederick I reside in Northern Virginia, I use a Char-griller superpro. I started smoking turkeys with my mom many years ago but have since added several other cuts of meat to my repertiore. I am currently looking for a old food warmer that I can convert into a smoker. I have been lurking on this site for some years now and deciced it was time to join the community. I hope to one day get a mobile grill and spend my spring thru fall weekends going to fairs and events

Hey Fred;  Welcome to the site.  Cool story about smoking Turkey's with your Mom.  I would bet that you know turkey smoking inside out. 

Your mobile smoker plan sounds great.  Keep us posted on your progress on it's progress.
