New to the forum

Been BBQn and smoking for a long time. Got a Brinkmann Gourmet electric , a char griller wrangler and a char-broil offset. Found the forum while looking for offset mods which I have done a few. Purchased a barrel today to build a UDS. If it works like i hope i will pass that Brinkmann on to my buddy.

I am from Louisiana and about 5 years from retirement thoough my wife disagrees LOL. Glad to join the forum! Happy Smoking, Jay
