New to the forum

Hello my name is Wes. I am not an alcoholic but I do enjoy a few cold ones while I'm cooking on the bbq.

I live in Texas and have been into smoking for probably the last 20 years. And still have yet to master it.

I have a horizontal country bbq smoker. I have started a new hobby in the meat grinding and making various types of sausages.
