Name's Butch, from west Kentucky. I cook for a bbq vendor locally five nights a week plus working a full time job. Lovin it. I have already scoured the forums to find pointers and believe this is the place to be.
 
Welcome Butch! Glad you joined our group. You'll like it here...it's the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc. Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will likely have the answer.
