Hello my name is Chad,I live in Robesonia Pa.I'm kind of new to smoking meats but I'm learning.I've used different recipes and have been experimenting on my own.I've done alot with deer meat and some fish mostly trout and some bluefish.I joined the forum to learn more.I built my own smoker with a file cabinet.It works good and now I'm building some for friends.I plan on building a new smoker from scratch.I look forward to learning from the members of this site.
