New to the Forum

Not new to the site but new to the forum.  I have enjoyed reading reviews and reading posts.  But my intention is to be more active on the site.  I am from Central NY and usually focus my smoking on pork with the occasional poultry.  I very very seldom do beef and have never done fish.

I enjoy going to restaurants and putting down their BBQ and take comfort knowing I do better.  As I am sure almost everyone on here does.
