Hello all.  Jeff, thanks for the welcoming e-mail.  My name is Andy and currently I am smoking on an ECB square vertical smoker.  I have just (hopefully) made arrangements to purchase a length of 30" dia. 3/8" wall pipe to build a reverse flow smoker with.  I am very new to smoking meat with only about 5 attempts so far.  Most of them have turned out very well.  I have been reading on this forum all I can in order to make the most of the meat I'm smoking.  Yeah, I'm a tight wad that way.  I first read about modifications to the ECB and have used most of the ideas in order to make it work pretty well.  I'm hooked!  I've done whole chickens, butts, and fatties.  Yum!  I'm really looking forward to picking all of your brains for ideas and information on my upcoming build.
