Hi all! I’m new to smoking just done a couple smokes. Ribs, pork butt, Chuck roast, and chicken breast. I use a Webber kettle style. Want to get a smoker next year but this is fine for now.

Looking at stocking up on meats for those free weekends during early football season.

Welcome, edit your profile to show what part of the world your in, also they host pictures here so its super easy to add pictures

Welcome. You can make a lot of good Q with the "lowly" Weber kettle.

Welcome from Wisconsin. :emoji_cat:

There are plenty of choices for a new smoker, from trailered offsets, to DIY barrel cookers. What kind of pit would you get if money or space wasn't an issue?

Hmm haven’t really thought about too much of a dream pit. Keep my kettle, Weber summit for fast gas days, wsm 22”, and a Komodo Joe just to get it all. Granite counter tops all around for prep.

In real life though it’s just a kettle and an old tinker bell card table haha

Welcome to the site, my Kettles get more of a workout then my WSM does. That being said any smoke over 6 hours goes in the WSM.

Looks like you have all you need right now.... A WSM 22 is a great rig for the money...
