Thsnks for having me I have been reading your information for quite some time and been using what I learned. I built my own smoker it is a stick burning horizontal offset with a warming / cold smoking tower. ( photo will be posted once I figure out how). I will be camping this weekend with the smoker and cooking for a group of 20 so I hope to have my first post of brisket/fatties and a what ever else they bring me to cook.

 Just so you know since you are new if you post any pics our software will probably hold the post until a moderator can approve it. Just be patient and don't double post it because you don't see it show up right away, someone will get to it!
