Here's a picture of my first smoker build. It's a reverse flow and has treated me like a champ. I am really pleased with how it came out as it is very easy to maintain temps and is consistent. But, I want a wood fired smoker for making sausage.
I have an 80 gallon vertical compressor tank at work that I could use and it would be perfect. I like the side mounted firebox, but I'm not dead set on it.
