New to the forum but not to smoking....

I sure am glad that i found a smoking meat forum...always like to learn new methods and get new ideas.. i have been smoking meat for 15 - 20 years .started with 50 dollar smoker and have progressed to a smokey mountain series upright charcoal smoker.love it.I am from Buford ga.
