New to the forum and the wonderful world of smoking.

Hello everyone. First I'd like to say how great this forum is. I received a MES 30 smoker for fathers day and by many recommendations I've read here, I picked up an AMNPS. Last weekend I did my first smoke, a pork bit on an overnight smoke, 13 hours. Thanks to everything I've read on here it turned out pretty good. Probably over seasoned slightly, but we learn as we go. The AMNPS is a wonderful option. Not having to refill is pretty sweet.

Again, this forum is great, and I'd like to thank all that contribute.
