New to smoking

Name is Jake, I am fairly new to smoking and wanted To join a decent forum to get some info and good input. I actually purchased my first pellet grill today and I am looking for some more info. It is a 90’s model Traeger bbq100 that has actually never been used. If anyone has info or questions let me know, thanks.

Welcome. You have found the right place. You will really enjoy your pellet grill, takes a few cooks to get a good handle on them.

chicken wings are an easy first cook and taste great. I run at 350f plus for chicken.
