New to smoking

MY name is Lewis, I'm from Bullhead City, AZ. I have not smoked any meat before.  I just ordered my Camp Chef pellet smoker Saturday it will be here tomorrow. Really looking forward to all the great info on meats and how to smoke them.  I am  getting ready to retire soon and I plan to do an awful lot of smoking then.
