NEW TO SMOKING

Hi All, I am new to the smoking forum, I was just given a "Little Chief" electric smoker. So I thought I would try a couple of rainbow trout in it. I have them in a brine this evening and will do the smoking tomorrow. I live in Victoria, on Vancouver Island in BC. The Rainbow are really biting this time of year so I thought I would try my luck at smoking a few. Sinc I'm retired I can fish whenever I get the urge to, I am surroundeed by many small lakes stocked with rainbow, brookies and cutthroat. The ocean also is my playground and have caught a few salmon and also Halibut.
