Just picked up a 14" Weber Smokey Mountain and plan to try it on wild game (turkey, pheasant, elk, deer), fatties and meat loaf. Have seen a couple guys do ribs and briscut but haven't as much as fired up my own smoker yet. I look forward to learning from everyone else as I go!

Welcome to SMF FlyFish UpNorth!  There are quite a few folks here with either the 14.5" WSM or home-built version.  Great little smoker that is quite fuel efficient.   Fire that baby up and do something simple like chicken or sausages to get familiar with how it works.

Have fun!
