New to smoking!

Hello Im from Oklahoma and I just bought a MES 30. I have never smoked anything but I have been looking through all the awesome looking food here (the reason i bought a smoker) and im looking foward to get started. I will look foward to checking out what you guys put up here and who knows after a few attempts maybe I'll be putting up my stuff.
