New To Smoking

I live in Northern Virginia and tried smoking for the first time yesterday.

Struggled for a long time what smoker to buy but ended up with the MB two-door propane. Got it earlier this week, prepped it and the meat ready for Saturday Smoke Day. It worked out well, better than I expected for a first time. See before picture. two half racks and two pork joints.

Wish I had found this resource sooner but prepping for Smoke Day II next weekend - going to attempt beef brisket. So will be reading up on everything this week.
