New to Smoking

Hello all,

     My name is Paul.  I live in Clarksville, TN.

I have been an avid griller for years but just recently got into smoking.  I bought an inexpensive electric smoker but I also smoke on the grill when I have more time to tend to it.  During the warmer months just about every evening meal comes off the grill and I'm excited about adding smoked meats to the menu.  I'm here to learn all that I can.
