Hey everybody my name is Pam and I live in Madison, AL.  I just purchased a new Brinkman Electric smoker and can't wait to get started.  I know nothing about smoking especially on an Electric smoker.   My best friend Kat told me about the smoker and this sight.

Any advise, guidance or recipes ideas are greatly appreciated!!

I look forward to exploring this site and learning new things!

Howdy Bestie!  I told Pam to come here and she would learn a ton!  We were talking this morning and I told her to pop in and drool over the pics!  Welcome Dear!  My pork is about 3 hours in now!  Yummm!
