New to Smoking Meats

My name is Joe and I am from Tampa, FL.  My wife bought me a Masterbuilt 2 door propane smoker for Christmas and I had my first smoke session on Sunday.  I'm a huge fan of drinking with friends and grilling by the pool.  I've already read several threads on this forum and I'm excited to be part of it.
