Broken Arrow, OK.
Hey all. Killerbrew here. I've thought about smoking meats for a while and it's all seemed too much for me. Luckily, I had mentioned my interest to my wife a while back, and being the awesome wife that she is, she bought me a smoker for Christmas. Now I have a new hobby to learn and enjoy with my homebrew beer.

I'm looking forward to learning as much as possible. I will be honest and upfront though. I am not much of a forum poster. I do search and read as many of the threads as possible. So, TIA for any and all information that you share, and I will share. It usually only happens when I feel that I have anything worthwhile to contribute to the community.
