Hi my name is hayden I bought my first smoker today it is a smokey mountain series vertical electric for 100 bucks from acadamy sports. Anxious to try it out I'm smoking some burgers for dinner. I'm using jack Daniels wood chips and I'm cooking at 225. Wish me luck

Hi Hayden,

When you get those burgers where you want them try searing them quickly on each side.  You will love the results.
