New to smoking, and to the site.

My name's Hoyt, and I live in the Springfield MO area. I've been wanting to get into smoking for a while, and finally found an okay deal on a smoker. It's the Smoke Canyon vertical smoker with side fire box. I jumped in a little too fast, as I already have chicken breast in right now. I'll post a thread elsewhere of how it's going and how it ends up. (I'm pretty sure I read that I need to keep this post seperate)
