Hello community my name is Mike I'm from Indiana. I recently purchased an Oklahoma Joes Highland as my very first smoker. Looking forward to learning and hopefully after some experience... helping someone new to this art. I have already "moded" and seasoned my smoker. I have a lot of questions.
