New to Smokin'

    My Name is Lisa and I live in Mesa, AZ. I love Dutch Oven cooking and am just getting into Smoking

    I love smoked foods,

    I have recently purchased a Masterbuilt 30 inch Electric Smoker.

    I have smoked Pork Ribs a couple of times with pretty good success.

    I am doing Beef Ribs for supper tonight.....Will follow up with the results

    Welcome from SC, Lisa. I'm sure you will enjoy this site. There are tons of folks here who are eager to share their ideas, tips, recipes and anything else that you need. All you have to do is ask. Please send pics of your cooks. The dutch oven cooking brings back a lot of memories. I did a lot of that when I was a scout leader. I don't think that there's anything that can't be cooked in a dutch oven. Good luck, Joe
