New to smokin

Hi,
My name is Josh. I am in Charleston South Carolina but am in the Coast Guard so am originally from NC.

I have really been wanting a smoker for a while now and my wife finally got me one for my birthday. It's an ECB but we wanted to see how we do and then upgrade after some time.

I don't know much about smokin but can't wait to learn. Look forward to sharing my experiences and appreciate any advice.
