Hello to all. My names Conner from Kentucky. Been smokin for years on the trusty ole wood smoker. Just got a Cajun injector electric smoker for Christmas and love it. Smoked a pork loin and some tilapia and shrimp so far. Everything turned out pretty good. I find it to easy too use and nothing is safe lol. I am about to put on a log of bologna and I will let you know how it goes. Any info will be helpful!! Thanks
