My name is Sean and I live in the state of Minnesota.  I just recently purchased a used Brinkmann Pitmaster deluxe (pics of the rehab soon to come) and am ready to start smoking.  I look forward to learning all I can from those of you who have been at this longer than I have and welcome any feedback.  Thanks.

Hello Sean,  welcome to this informative and fun forum!  I own the same smoker as you, and love it.  I had done some smoking on it before comming here and have so far learned so much.  I grew up in Montevideo, MN and have lived here since 1966, except for a few trips around the Orient with Uncle Sam.  Hope you enjoy this forum as much as I have, and smoke it up!!!  Steve
