New to smokers grill

We have MasterBuilt electric smoker and just started using, I saw one of the recipe posted by a member of this forum. I checked out the forum a little bit and saw that this would be a good place to learn about using the smoker,

welcome to SMF. I have used the masterbuilt electric smoker (MES) for many years .

 Do some reading about your smoker and buy the AMNPS to go with it.

i know what the directions from mes say but run your exhaust vent fully open .

Thanks for the welcome and information about the   AMNPS I will check it out. Right now I am just learning how to use the smoker.
