I have a Bradley smoker and a 4 1/2 lb. pork shoulder blade roast, how long and at what temperature do I cook it at.

I want to  be able  to slice it and eat it warm. Thanks

Welcome to SMF,

Sorry we neglected you so long:

We don't smoke/cook shoulder blade roasts or Butts to time. We go by internal temp.

Below is an example of smoking a Boston Butt for pulled Pork.
