New to SMF

Hey everybody, first time poster here. I've been smoking for about a year now and have lurked around this site for tips and techniques for about 6 months. I decided it was time to get a user name and make some posts and share some BBQ pictures. 

I currently use a Weber Smokey Mountain and I just recently purchased a big chief smoker for fish, cheese, and other seafood.
