New to site

Just got my smoker for Christmas it's an MES30 electric. So far I've smoked two batches of pork country ribs. And two full racks of pork ribs. It went well for all and I'm a smoking superhero to my extended family.
I live just outside a teeny town between Chandler and Stillwater, OK
