new to site

Hello all. My name is Tim and am located just outside Little Rock, AR.  Ran across this site while searching for information to smoke a turkey and ham for thanksgiving. Wow am I surprised I have not seen this site before.  I have a Masterbuilt 30in electric smoker.  I have had it a few years and smoke a few times a year, but not near as much as I want to. Just wanted to say hi and look forward to getting helpful hints from this site and hopefully contributing some too.
