Hello. New to site. Been smoking for a yr now in my SMOKEY MOUNTAIN COOKER[emoji]8482[/emoji] SMOKER 18". In the Military and stationed in Tucson, AZ. Going to make pulled pork in a week for the first time. Was reading on some posts that I should use Pecan wood chunks. Was curious if this in addition to my lump charcoal or just strictly use pecan wood? Thanks in advance

to SMF!

Glad to have you aboard!

You will want to add the pecan chunks to your charcoal.

Mix them all up together so there is a chunk burning all the time.
