Hi All,
I'm from just outside of Philly, PA. I've been screwing around with smoking for the last 10yrs or so on my own with no real input. I've figured out a lot on my own, but it's time to see what everyone else is doing out there and get new ideas. I've got a charbroil offset smoker now, but had been going the guerrilla / DIY approach for the most part.
