Hi all, I've recently been introduced to this site, but as title says not to smoking. I grew up living and loving the outdoors, hunting, fishing, butchering and processing meat from farm animals to wild game. Learned the arts of smoking from grandparents and father, and have been processing my own meats for the past 20 years. Come next fall should have more input, but for now I will have to dig into my archives to see if I have pics of past smokes. Glad to have finally join in.
