New to posting but have been looking at the site for over 6 months

    Hello all

    My name is David Crisp aka Crispy.  I live just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Started smoking after a friend gave me his Big Green Egg about 2 years ago.  I recently got a Brinkmann Trailmaster as a wedding gift.  I love to cook and have really enjoyed smoking and grilling this past summer.  I have family and friends over for BBQ's  once to twice a month when it is warm.   I love to make my own rub and sauces.  I look forward to learning ore and some good conversations on the forums.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
