HI all, I just bought a Traeger Junior Grill. In the past, I've done a little smoking on a Weber charcoal grill but found it too cumbersome to use regularly. Friends have raved about Traeger so decided to give it a try. I'm in Los Angeles, Ca.  I love to cook and do a lot of it, but a novice on smoking.  Any suggestions and advice is always welcome!

Welcome fellow Traeger user and the 5-day e-course is great!!!  There is a lot of info on the Traeger website also.  I use it all the time for recipes and cooking techniques.  Pellet smokers are a different breed.
