I am from Richmond Va. I just bought a 16" horzon smoker. I cook at least 4-5 times a week on a grill, I wanted to step up my skills by learning how to cook slow and low with smoke. I have done the Ham, ribs, pork shoulder, brisket chicken, you name it I have tried it. It is alot of fun and time but really enjoy the reaction I have been getting from family and friends.
