Hi, my name is Scott. I'm from illinois near St Louis. I work in the pharmaceutical industry. |I've been smoking for a little over a year for the most part on a propane smoker. I have had some good luck with various meats and fish. I am alway looking for advice and tips on how to get the best and juiciest meats. Thanks in advance of the advice and for letting me join group. The latest items I have smoked was today. U smoked a whole chicken and center cut pork steak. The steak was delish.
