New to forum

Hey everyone! My name is Ernie. Been looking around here for awhile and I finally broke down and made an account!!

I'm from Lynchburg, VA and love to BBQ, especially using my smoker. I have a Masterbuilt 30 inch propane smoker. I recently entered my 1st competition in April and finished 3rd in the amateur class!

I'll try anything in my smoker at least once. My go-to's are pulled pork and seafood. I've recently tried turkey legs, corn on the cob and potatoes. 

I've had my smoker for almost 2 years now and I'm still learning every day. I look forward to getting more info from these forums and trying things out at home (and I'm sure my wife won't complain either!!)
