   My name is Rick and I live in Central Maine. I have been smoking for about 5 years on a Brinkman Gourmet Electric Smoker. Yesterday, I received my Masterbuilt 30" Electric smoker but have yet to use it. I am hoping to get the cold smoking attachment for Christmas, next week, but will buy it on my own soon if not. I am looking forward to smoking babybacks as well as poultry. Eventually, I will cold-smoke some salmon.

I would invest in the AMNPS before any other smoke attachment. You can cold or hot smoke with it and no filling the chip chute every 45 min. load of pellets will go 8 - 10 hrs .
