Thank you for the opportunity to join your forum.  I am very impressed with you website and look forward to using it.  I am from Columbus Ohio and an old guy;   I love grilling, barbecuing and smoking.  I have several grills and a couple of smokers.  My wife and I travel a lot in r.v.  We spend the winter in Myrtle Beach and the Summer at home .   Again thanks for a great site.

Trasher73,
Welcome, from southern Ohio, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Well you get the picture if you can do it to something you put on a plate to eat then someone here has probably done it then smoked it. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with their opinion on the subject.

If you update your profile you can put your location there.
Here is a link to a FAQ for the site.

Thanks for your welcome;  I am now good at posting and have avoided forums in the past.  This is new to me so I will give it a try and see.
